Submission Terms

These apply when you send us an event through this site or our app.

  1. Your rights in what you submit. You confirm that you either created the event information and any image you upload, or have permission from the person who did. Do not upload a flyer, poster, photograph or logo you did not make unless you have the right to share it.
  2. Licence you give us. You grant Classic Car Show Finder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and sublicensable licence to publish, reproduce, adapt, distribute and display the event information you submit, including in our apps, on our websites and social pages, and through data feeds or APIs we make available to third parties. You keep ownership of everything you submit.
  3. Accuracy is yours. You confirm the event details are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to publicise the event. We do not verify submissions and may publish them without checking.
  4. We may edit or remove anything. We can correct, reformat, decline or delete any submission at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  5. We do not run these events. Classic Car Show Finder lists events. We do not organise, sponsor, endorse, inspect, insure or supervise them, and we are not responsible for what happens at one. Attending is at your own risk.
  6. You cover claims arising from your submission. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Car Show Finder and its operators from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you submit or your breach of these terms.
  7. No warranty. Listings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  8. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability relating to a submission or a listing will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or $100.

Copyright and takedowns

If you believe something we have published infringes your copyright, email support@classiccarshowfinder.com with the listing, what it infringes, and how to reach you. We remove infringing material promptly and will tell whoever submitted it.

We publish the factual details of an event — its name, date, time, venue and address, plus a public contact if you choose to give one. The phone or email you give us to reach you is never published. We do not republish flyer artwork.
